At ISA Solutions, we are seeking to integrate into our team an individual with industrial environment experience and enthusiasm to grow in the field of precision manufacturing. **Required Profile** * Education: Technical High School Diploma, TSU, or related technical degree. * Experience: Minimum 1 year working in production, manufacturing, or an industrial environment. * Attitude: Interest in learning CNC machining processes and developing technical skills. * Skills: Responsibility, punctuality, organization, and commitment to industrial safety. * Preferred: Basic use of measuring instruments, basic interpretation of engineering drawings, prior experience in workshops, manufacturing, or metal-mechanical fields. **Responsibilities** * Support in operating CNC lathes and machining centers. * Loading and unloading of materials and parts. * Basic visual and dimensional inspection. * Support in tool changes and material preparation. * Identification and segregation of products. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * General support in production and manufacturing activities. **We Offer** · Competitive salary based on knowledge and experience.
