Junior Analyst responsible for tracking talent processes, managing agency relationships, coordinating onboarding, and controlling supplementary information for employee onboarding.

We are currently seeking a
**Junior Analyst**
* Salary: $22,000 gross per month
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Work Mode: On-site
* Location: PLATAH Industrial Park, Hgo (Villa de Tezontepec neighborhood)
* Project Duration: 3 months
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Tracking talent processes for Temporary Reps, MELI, and other temporary staff.
* Daily coordination with partners to ensure Rep coverage.
* KPI forecasting.
* Agency or internal recruiter management.
* Validation of rehires across multiple files and approval with People team.
* Coordination with Training department to secure onboarding spaces.
* Tracking supplementary onboarding information with Operations Supervisors (shift, area, process, TL, site).
* Coordination with LP and People Ops for issuance of ID cards and badges.
* Forecasting for Plant Engineering team regarding delivery of PPE (gloves, anti-reflective suspenders, safety shoes).
* Scheduling and conducting welcome sessions for new hires prior to their start date (duration: 1 hour 30 minutes)
* Creating access passes for MELI transportation
* Administering and creating broadcast groups (WhatsApp) for new hire information
* Communicating with candidates who were absent on Day 1 of OWB to understand the reason
* Validating and monitoring medical test results uploaded to SHE database
* Capturing candidate data to upload information into SSFF and requesting Reference Checks from vendor; subsequently monitoring results per SLA
* In-person welcome at OTC Training and attendance pass verification
**Requirements:**
* Experience: 1 year of experience
* Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree
* Availability: Monday to Saturday, flexible shifts
**Skills:**
* Availability Monday to Saturday, according to assigned shifts and areas; willingness to rotate shifts and work on-site.
* Interpersonal skills and customer service orientation; proficiency using mobile phones, computers, and Google Suite; ERP (SuccessFactors) and ATS experience preferred.
* Data handling (creation and reading); stakeholder management.
