Logistics Assistant

**GENERAL POSITION OBJECTIVE** Person responsible for carrying out the necessary procedures to enable the project to be carried out at the client's facilities, managing all matters related to authorization of access for the assigned team, assigning equipment, tools, uniforms, travel allowances and/or required material resources. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage access permits, IMSS registrations, medical exams and induction training for operational staff. * Coordinate transportation, travel allowances, accommodations and equipment rentals (scaffolding, platforms, etc.). * Assign tools, uniforms, PPE and first aid kits to work crews. * Control inventory and assignment documentation through accountability records. * Maintain and evaluate directories of suppliers and strategic partners. * Provide logistical support before, during, and after project execution. **EDUCATION** Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Logistics, Industrial, Telecommunications, Administration or related field. **PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE** 2 years in operational logistics, resource coordination or project management. **KNOWLEDGE** Expense control. Inventory control. Document and administrative procedure management (IMSS, DC3, access). Supplier quotation and development. Basic knowledge of Project Management. Establishment of objectives, progress tracking and reporting. General knowledge of Telecommunications and Networks. Proficiency with software and tools: ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate Excel, computer and general office equipment.
