Financiera Libertad, one of Mexico's leading financial institutions, is seeking a Financial Cashier to join our team at one of our branches. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, numerical skills, and the ability to work in a team. Financial Cashier What do we require? * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in economics, administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and cash handling. * Basic mathematics knowledge and numerical skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Commitment to quality and service excellence. We offer a monthly gross salary of $9,460, \+ incentives, \+ a monthly bonus of $1,600\. Additionally, you will receive the following benefits: Statutory and above-statutory benefits 3 paid personal days Opportunity for short- or medium-term growth Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM / Saturday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Your main responsibilities will include: * Accurately and efficiently performing cash operations (deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, etc.). * Attending to and resolving customer inquiries and requests in a friendly and courteous manner. * Managing and controlling cash and other valuables in the cash drawer, ensuring proper administration. * Verifying the authenticity of banknotes and checks received at the branch. * Conducting cash counts and completing daily cash closing procedures. * Contributing to maintaining cleanliness and order at the branch.
