Join our team as: **CUSTOMER SERVICE** **REQUIREMENTS:** * 1 year of experience in customer service processes, sales, and internal personnel interaction. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, International Business, or related field. * On-site work. * Proficiency in Office, SAP or other ERP systems, Excel, and Office. * Location: Hidalgo * English: Basic **Objective:** To attend to and resolve customer demands, ensuring their satisfaction by consistently delivering excellent service and post-sales support. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive and enter customer or internal orders into SAP B1 system. * Confirm to the customer or agent which products are available for immediate delivery and provide availability dates according to production plans and inventory levels. * Fulfill customer specifications as stipulated in the purchase order. * Schedule delivery appointments for applicable customers or consult delivery dates with customers. * Track discrepancies reported by customers regarding shortages, pricing differences, or breakage. * Update and clear backorders, then review with agents and/or Wholesale and LATAM Managers. * Generate available inventory reports for the commercial department. * Prepare public sales quotations. * Take employee sales orders and manage delivery fulfillment. * Support preparation of samples or sample requests for wholesale, candle, and LATAM channels. * Issue credit notes requested by customers and authorized by the Wholesale and LATAM Manager. * Process post-delivery complaints, if any occur. **COMPETENCIES:** * Service orientation * Proactivity * Teamwork * Excellent customer interaction skills **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $14,000 MXN monthly gross * 10% monthly food vouchers based on salary * Statutory benefits from day one * 3% Savings Fund once the plant is operational * Direct employment contract with the company * Permanent position
