




Job Summary: The Planner will be responsible for developing and coordinating project schedules and budgets, as well as communicating with clients and investors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of review meetings with various specialties. 2. Presentation of project progress to clients and investors. 3. Advanced use of MS Project and knowledge of project management methodologies. Planner: * Develop the project schedule. * Prepare project planning documents. * Develop the baseline budget. * Coordinate project review meetings with various specialties. * Present project progress in meetings with clients and investors. * Request information from designers and/or contractors involved in developing the execution project. * Schedule meetings with project stakeholders.
