Develops procurement processes and inventory control At **Inflalandia**, we are seeking your talent as a **PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT** **Purpose of the Position:** Support the operational management of procurement by processing purchase requisitions, tracking purchase orders, managing inventory control, and liaising with suppliers. The role’s mission is to ensure supplies, materials, and equipment arrive on time and in full, contributing to the operational continuity of units. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and process supply and material requisitions from units * Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries * Contact and coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability and delivery timelines * Support basic price and terms negotiation under the supervision of the Procurement Manager * Record and update information in the procurement system (ERP) * Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs * Verify quality and quantity of received supplies * Maintain up-to-date supplier and product files * Support preparation of procurement reports and KPIs * Comply with internal policies and legal regulations governing procurement **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * On-time delivery performance * Accuracy of requisitions and purchase orders * Operational unit satisfaction level * Efficiency in recordkeeping and reporting * Resolution of supply-related incidents **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field * 1 \- 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics or administration * Specific knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and supplier interaction * Proficiency in ERP systems, intermediate Excel skills, and administrative management tools * Organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, teamwork, results orientation
