We seek not only an instructor but a **strategic leader** capable of elevating technical quality, coordinating staff, and ensuring a premium experience for our members. **What profile are we seeking?** * **Technical Expertise:** Full mastery of Mat Pilates, Reformer, and Cadillac/Tower. * **Inspiring Leadership:** Ability to supervise technical quality, train new talent, and manage the studio’s operational culture. * **Results Focus:** Skill in managing the Fitco platform and collaborating on achieving commercial targets. **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years teaching classes or over 600 verifiable hours. * **Solid Training:** Advanced knowledge of Anatomy, Biomechanics, and injury prevention (Functional Anatomy). * **Clinical Capability:** Proven experience adapting exercises for pathologies or special needs. * **Technological Management:** Proficiency with the **Fitco** platform (class scheduling and management). * **Education:** Commitment to continuous learning and attendance at specialized workshops. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** Create schedules in Fitco, supervise coaches’ punctuality/performance, and manage substitute coverage. * **Quality Control:** Evaluate class methodologies, provide feedback to the team, and ensure infrastructure remains in optimal condition. * **Training:** Mentor new instructors and organize monthly internal training sessions. * **Customer Service and Sales:** Monitor member satisfaction, resolve incidents, and support planning of special events and marketing strategies. * **Reporting:** Submit biweekly performance reports to Management. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** $3,000\.00 MXN per fortnight. * **Commission Structure:** Attractive bonuses for extra classes, private sessions, and group sessions. * **Stability:** Long-term contract with professional growth opportunities. **Schedule Availability:** * **Monday–Friday:** 7:00 am–11:00 am and 6:00 pm–9:00 pm. * **Weekends:** Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 am–12:00 pm. * *Possibility of extra classes during midday hours.* Salary: $6,000\.00 \- $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
