Monthly Salary: $20,000 (net) Requirements: ° Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and valid professional license. ° Minimum 2 years’ experience in first-level outpatient consultations and management of minor emergencies (e.g., sutures, sprains, minor trauma, etc.). ° 1 year’s experience in occupational health consultations within the industrial sector (preferred). Key Functions and Responsibilities: ° Provide first-level outpatient medical care. ° Manage emergencies and/or perform procedures such as suturing, splint application, etc. ° Assess patients based on symptomatology and determine whether referral to secondary or tertiary hospital care is required. ° Report number of patients seen and their diagnoses. ° Serve as Medical Service Team Leader during assigned shift to report plant incidents (near misses, first aid cases, recordable incidents, etc.). ° Ensure full staffing of the medical service; immediately notify the Medical Coordinator if any staff member is absent. ° Complete IMSS forms ST7, ST9, ST8, ST2.
