Direct training in real operations with growth potential **Junior Manufacturing Engineer** We seek young talent to join the manufacturing area, supporting processes, feasibility analysis, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Support in feasibility analysis * Process documentation * Estimation of production times * Support in CNC programming (Fanuc and Haas controls) and machine tooling * Continuous improvement on the shop floor **Profile:** * Engineering degree (Mechatronics, Industrial, Mechanical or related) * Interest in CNC manufacturing * Analytical and structured * Willingness to work on the shop floor * Knowledge of Solidworks and a CAM software. **We Offer:** * Government scholarship: $10,000 monthly (6 months), with potential for full-time employment upon completion of the period, based on performance results. * Direct training in real operations * Opportunity for advancement to formal engineering position Job Type: Full-time, Probationary period Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $10,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
