We are looking for an organized, friendly individual capable of resolving situations promptly, ensuring professional service from the first contact. What will you do in this role? * Guest reception and assistance * Check-in and check-out procedures * Reservation management * Telephone and digital platform support * Cash handling and cash drawer reconciliation * Follow-up on guest requests and support * Coordination with various hotel departments * Management and follow-up on platforms such as: * Booking * Expedia * Hotel CRM What we seek in you * Prior experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer service * Proficiency in hotel software or administrative systems * Excellent appearance and communication skills * Genuine service attitude * Ability to work effectively in a team * Capacity to resolve problems quickly and courteously * Availability for rotating shifts Schedule Rotating shifts every 15 days: * 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM * 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Midweek day off.
