Job Summary: We are seeking a Pre-sales Advisor to execute the coverage plan, ensuring vertical and horizontal growth in their territory to guarantee the availability of our brands. Strong negotiation skills and goal-oriented mindset At HEINEKEN MÉXICO, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Pre-sales Advisor who will be responsible for executing the coverage plan to ensure vertical and horizontal growth in their assigned territory and guarantee the availability of our brands in the market. Responsibilities: Spark the customer's interest in working with CM. Identify customer needs with the objective of generating an ideal offer for their business. Identify and attract potential new customers. Understand competitors’ commercial practices. Ensure alignment of the value proposition according to the strategic group to which the customer belongs. Finalize customer acquisition and formalize the commercial relationship. Requirements: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; degree certificate and professional license required. Standard vehicle and valid driver’s license required. - Prior experience in sales positions within the traditional channel / point of sale. - Knowledge of the point-of-sale market and alcoholic beverages. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to build solid relationships with customers. - Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. - Willingness to travel and work across assigned territories.
