There are no PMs chewing tickets for you. You’ll be close to the business, understanding why things are built, and making technical decisions autonomously. The team is small and there’s no time for bureaucracy. If you need three meetings before you start coding, this isn’t the right place for you. Responsibilities* Develop features end-to-end (frontend + backend) with full ownership * Design and implement APIs and integrations with enterprise customer systems * Contribute to system architecture as volume and geographic scope scale * Work directly with the product and operations teams to define solutions * Participate in code reviews and maintain codebase quality * Debug production issues.
