(Daily activity) (20%) * Ensures necessary information is available for onboarding, offboarding, and/or parameter modifications of logistics operators in the SIPWEB system. (Daily activity) (20%) * Tracks requests from other departments regarding issues related to Extended Zone shipments. (Daily activity) (20%) * Tracks initiatives aimed at simplifying and improving current Extended Zone processes. (Daily activity) (20%) * Prepares performance reports for logistics operators. (Monthly activity) (20%) * Supports selection and sourcing of new logistics operators. (Daily activity) * Ensures proper nationwide contracting of logistics operators. (Daily activity) * Continuously updates Extended Zone coverage. (Daily activity) * Authorizes special shipments based on logistics operators’ capabilities. (Daily activity) SCHEDULE: Full-time. One day off per week.
