Opportunity for continuous learning A leading 100% Mexican company specializing in the manufacturing of Industrial Safety Footwear is seeking talent for the position of: PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field. Prior experience in similar roles. Proactive, initiative-driven, leadership-oriented, creative individual with innovation capacity and goal-oriented work ethic. Willingness to travel and work across both production plants. Experience in: Proficient use of SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc. Weekly and biweekly payroll calculation for an average of 500 employees. INFONAVIT and FONACOT clarifications. SUA\-IDSE\-PAYROLL reconciliations. Calculation of severance payments and final settlements. Benefits administration. Monthly and annual closings. Personnel file archiving and record control. Risk premium management. Familiarity with NOI is desirable. Team equipment management. Personnel management. Problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: Employee onboarding and offboarding.
