If you’re looking for a dynamic and organized work environment, this opportunity is for you! **What profile are we seeking?** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the pharmaceutical sector. * **Competencies:** Strong verbal communication skills, immediate availability, and tolerance for pressure. * **Technical Knowledge:** Handling of medications (brand-name and generic). * Cyclical inventory control and expiration date reviews. * Cashier operations: cash counts, withdrawals, and quotation preparation. **Key Responsibilities** Your role will be fundamental to maintaining branch efficiency: * **Dispensing:** Accurate prescription fulfillment and direct public interaction. * **Stock Control:** Monitoring of inventory levels, incoming and outgoing goods, and area organization. * **Inventory Management:** Planning and execution of weekly and monthly inventories. * **Administration:** Cash handling and tracking of customer requests. * **Maintenance:** Ensuring consistent order and cleanliness of the work area. **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive compensation package to reward your punctuality and performance: * **Base Salary:** $9,600 gross per month. * **Incentives:** Punctuality bonus \+ Attendance bonus. * **Performance-Based Rewards:** Commissions for achieving established targets. * **Statutory benefits from day one** * **Additional Benefits:** Employee discount and birthday bonus. **Work Schedule and Rest Days** We offer two fixed shifts (Monday to Sunday with **one fixed weekday rest day**): * **Morning Shift:** 08:00 to 16:00 hrs. * **Afternoon Shift:** 14:30 to 22:00 hrs.
