Management of the new student enrollment process **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. * Knowledge of the education market * Sales skills * Creativity * Coordination, organization, and planning of sales teams * Teamwork, ability to work under pressure * Scheduling, programming, and coordination of social activities * Creation of promotional and social media content * Follow-up with prospects and educational advisors * Social media management **Main Responsibilities** * Inform and promote the institution’s academic programs and extracurricular activities to prospective students and their families. * Conduct periodic follow-ups with interested prospects, ensuring consistent and effective communication. * Coordinate and participate in promotional events, education fairs, informational talks, conferences, and guided campus tours. * Process and manage the new student enrollment procedure, ensuring all required documents and criteria are fulfilled. * Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop student recruitment and retention strategies. * Manage, supervise, and prepare enrollment documentation.
