Continuous updating on social media trends and content formats. **Job Objective:** Conceptualize and execute the visual identity of projects, ensuring each graphic piece stands out for its creativity and breaks free from generic template aesthetics. **Key Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. * More than clean designs—we want creativity. Show us how you solved a visual problem innovatively, far from conventional templates. * Experience creating everything from informative carousels to video assets and digital advertising materials. * Knowledge of composition, color theory, and applied typography. * Expert proficiency with industry-standard tools (Adobe Suite: Photoshop/Illustrator) and Canva for agility. * Ability to respond quickly to trending topics or breaking news. * Excellent spelling and writing skills (design is ineffective if the text contains errors). * Ability to read a brief or article and visually identify the most important elements to highlight. * Adaptability across multiple formats and sizes. * We value someone who continuously tracks social media trends, changes in platform specifications, and content format optimizations. * Minimum one year of experience working with digital content for social media. * We seek responsibility and commitment—the team functions only when everyone is fully aligned. **Bonus Qualifications:** * Basic proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut/After Effects/Premiere). * We prefer a thousand questions over a single assumption.
