**Human Resources Assistant**
Main Functions and Responsibilities
**Personnel File Management and Control**
* Compilation, updating, and safekeeping of employee personnel files.
* Control and tracking of employment documentation.
* Support during internal audits and document control within the department.
**Recruitment and Selection**
* Assistance in posting job vacancies across various job boards.
* CV screening and interview coordination.
* Candidate follow-up throughout the selection and hiring process.
**Personnel Administration**
* Registration and updating of employee information.
* Tracking and monitoring of attendance-related incidents (attendance records, vacations, leaves of absence, medical certifications).
* Support in generating reports for the payroll department.
**Onboarding and Organizational Culture**
* Support in the onboarding process for new employees.
* Participation in integration activities and internal communications.
**Employee Assistance**
* Support in resolving employee inquiries regarding internal policies, benefits, and departmental processes.
* Issuance and tracking of employment certificates.
**General Support to the HR Department**
* Administrative support for various departmental processes.
* Preparation of reports and activity tracking for the department.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field** (intern or graduate).
* **Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources**.
* Experience in **personnel file preparation and management, recruitment, and personnel administration**.
* Basic knowledge of **training and HR processes**.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Organized, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.
* High availability to travel to various plants.
