Supervision of personnel and production processes Join our team as ***"Night Shift Supervisor"*** ***Job Objective:*** To supervise and coordinate night-shift operations in the plastic injection area for tableware manufacturing, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, industrial safety, and operational efficiency, as well as ensuring proper functioning and basic maintenance of robotic systems used on the production line. Main Responsibilities * Supervise the **plastic injection process** during the night shift. * Coordinate operational staff to meet the established **production schedule**. * Monitor the **proper operation of injection molding machines and extraction robots**. * Identify and resolve **basic failures in robotic systems, peripherals, and injection equipment**. * Coordinate with maintenance for **equipment repairs when major failures occur**. * Verify compliance with **quality standards** for tableware production. * Perform basic adjustments to **process parameters** (temperature, pressure, cycle times). * Ensure compliance with **industrial safety regulations and proper use of PPE**. Required Technical Knowledge * **Plastic injection processes**. * Operation of **injection molding machines**. * Basic maintenance of **industrial robots**. * Handling of **injection molds for tableware**. Education: * **Engineering or technical degree** in: * Mechatronics * Robotics * Electromechanics * Industrial Mechanics * Manufacturing Processes * Preferred specialization in **plastics processing or industrial automation**. Experience * **3 to 5 years** of experience in **plastic injection processes**. * Experience supervising production personnel. * Experience working with **industrial robots or Cartesian robots integrated with injection molding machines**. * Experience in **basic maintenance of automated equipment**.
