Job Summary: Coordinate finished product shipments, ensuring efficient deliveries and customer satisfaction through optimization of routes, loads, and costs. Key Highlights: 1. Sourcing new transportation providers for continuous improvement. **Purpose of the Position** Coordinate finished product shipments to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries by optimizing routes, loads, and costs, thereby ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * ️ **Key Responsibilities** Monitor vehicle transit and notify delivery status to the Customer Service department. Generate weekly requisitions for supplier payments and accurately record information in freight reports. Finalize the weekly shipment schedule, optimizing loads and costs. Source new transportation providers to expand the provider portfolio and improve quality and pricing. Ensure timely receipt of carrier documentation to expedite proof-of-delivery acknowledgments.
