This position is critical to ensuring operations remain aligned with current regulations through field monitoring, document control, and coordination of official requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and follow-up of procedures, permits, and licenses with authorities * Coordination of Civil Protection requirements (programs, drills, expert opinions) * Monitoring compliance with STPS, environmental, and safety regulations * Periodic plant inspections to identify risks * Implementation and supervision of safety signage * Support during internal and external audits * Control and safeguarding of regulatory documentation * Monitoring use of PPE by operational staff * Support in incident investigations and report preparation **Required Profile:** * Engineering or bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field * 1 to 3 years of experience in Safety and Hygiene or similar positions * Experience managing procedures and regulatory compliance * Basic knowledge of STPS NOMs, Civil Protection, and environmental regulations * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Willingness to work in the field and travel **Key Competencies:** Organization \| Attention to detail \| Proactivity \| Communication \| Follow-up **We Offer:** Net monthly salary: $14,000 to $16,000 Weekly payment Development opportunity in a growing company Exposure to multi\-site operations Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Half-day Saturday If you are interested in developing within an operational environment with direct impact on safety and compliance, apply now and we will gladly contact you. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Construction *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0c938b3700005d008f82c7\&source\=indeed*
