**Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in financial institutions (preferably in individual, group, or consumer lending). **Specific Knowledge:** * Processes for placing individual loans. * Preventive and extrajudicial collection techniques. * Financial analysis and assessment of repayment capacity. * Proficiency with credit systems (preferably Yunius, but also Banking CRM or financial ERP). **Job Objective:** To comprehensively manage branch operations, leading the sales and collections team to achieve personal loan disbursement targets, portfolio recovery, and customer service goals, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate effective placement of personal loans, ensuring proper credit risk assessment. * Ensure timely and efficient collections, minimizing delinquency and maximizing portfolio recovery. * Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and continuously monitor performance against these goals. * Coordinate promotional and client outreach activities within the community, companies, or assigned areas. * Review and approve loan applications according to assigned authority levels. * Supervise correct application of credit policies, documentation, and file management. * Regularly evaluate and provide feedback to the team, promoting professional development. * Prepare periodic reports on loan disbursement, recovery, and operational results for management. * Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. * Safeguard cash, documents, and branch resources. * Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions for findings or recommendations. **Schedule** Full-time with availability to work weekends as required by operations.
