We are looking for passionate individuals with the following profile**: **Assistant Project Designer / Intern** Position Objective: Review and resolution of pre-engineering proposals in industrial project tenders. Main functions and activities: * Coordination, review, and development of civil, architectural, structural, and electromechanical pre-engineering. * Analysis and optimization of architectural and construction solutions. * Application of regulations in project design. * Requirements: * Education: Architect or Engineer (in 6th or 7th semester) * Minimum desirable experience in industrial-type projects, pre-engineering, and tender processes. * English: 90% (desirable) * Competencies and skills: * Problem analysis * Decision making * Strategic thinking * Effective communication * Proactive * Professionalism and positive attitude * Desirable knowledge: * Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools. * Knowledge of industrial construction systems and applicable regulations (national and international). * Knowledge of principles of structural and electromechanical engineering.
