**Waiter/Waitress.** **Requirements:** * Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment. * Positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude. * Knowledge of wines and beverages. * Experience in customer service. * Flexibility to rotate shifts. * Proficiency in Soft Restaurant software. * Experience as a waiter/waitress. * Age between 20 and 35 years. **Responsibilities:** * Set tables, refill condiments, and verify that all equipment is in good condition before guests arrive. * Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and ensure they feel comfortable. * Thoroughly know the menu items, explain and describe dishes, and answer questions regarding ingredients and preparation methods. * Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and with appropriate presentation. * Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal by responding to their needs and additional requests. * Accurately record guest orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. * Conduct inventory checks. **We offer:** * Evening shift **Monday through Sunday**, with one rotating weekday day off.
