




**Job Description** **Position Profile: Host (Island Manager)** **Position:** Host **Area:** Sales and Food **Work Location:** Tulancingo, Hidalgo **Weekly Salary:** $2,300 **Work Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off **Hours:** 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. **Position Objective** Responsible for maximizing sales at the point of sale through effective management and teamwork, ensuring cleanliness, organization, quality, good staff performance, and efficient administration, as well as providing direct customer service and attention. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the activities of the island staff. * Ensure compliance with service, cleanliness, and presentation standards. * Monitor daily sales and meet established targets. * Check inventory, place orders, and manage stock control. * Record and report sales, cash register closures, and incidents. * Handle and resolve customer or team-related situations. * Ensure proper handling of products and equipment. * Provide operational support and customer service when necessary. * Oversee the correct opening and closing procedures of the sales point. **Requirements** * Education: Completed or partially completed high school. * Experience: 1 year in similar roles (manager, supervisor, or team leader at a sales point). * Age: 20 years or older. * Skills: * Leadership and personnel management, Effective communication and results orientation, Organizational and administrative control, Customer service attitude and conflict resolution. **Desired Competencies** * Responsibility and honesty. * Decision-making ability. * Teamwork and performance under pressure. * Focus on quality and continuous improvement. * Positive and proactive attitude. **Benefits** * Weekly salary: $2,300.00 * One day off per week. * Initial and ongoing training. * Growth opportunities into supervisory or coordination roles.
