Performance analysis and active listening for relevant strategies Primary daily responsibilities and activities include: * **Content Creation:** Designs and schedules posts (images, text, and videos) tailored to each social platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or LinkedIn) to attract and retain audiences. * **Community Management (Moderation):** Responds to messages, comments, and user inquiries while consistently maintaining the brand’s voice and personality. * **Customer Service:** Channels customer complaints, suggestions, and queries, assisting in resolving issues publicly or privately. * **Crisis and Reputation Management:** Monitors online conversations about the company and implements protocols to mitigate negative comments or prevent potential image-related crises. * **Performance Analysis:** Measures key performance indicators (KPIs), such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, to identify high-performing content and adjust strategies accordingly. * **Active Listening:** Identifies market trends and user needs to keep the company competitive and relevant.
