If you’re ready to join a professional and growing team, we want to meet you. **WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US?** **Gelato & Coffee:** Preparation, decoration, and serving of artisanal gelato; brewing coffee; preparing frappés, milkshakes, and branded beverages according to AM standards. **Customer Experience:** Personalized service, recommendations, and high-quality service on every visit. **Space Maintenance:** Cleaning, organization, and immaculate presentation at all times. **General Operations:** Cash handling, point-of-sale terminal operation, and inventory support. **SKILLS** * Friendly and efficient customer service * Teamwork and effective communication * Time management and sustained work pace * Ability to work under pressure in demanding environments * Capacity to lift heavy objects and move dynamically within a fast-paced environment **OUR OFFERING** * Base salary: $2,000 weekly * + Weekly tips * + Punctuality and performance bonuses * One weekday day off * AM Gelato uniform * Full training from day one * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Performance-based salary increases **REQUIREMENTS** * Age: 25–35 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Availability to rotate shifts Monday through Sunday: * Shift A: 11:00 AM — 8:00 PM * Shift B: 1:00 PM — 10:00 PM * Mandatory experience in preparing cold and hot beverages * Valid documentation required **NOTICE** We do not offer fixed schedules nor positions for students or seasonal employment.
