




**Job Objective:** Administer, execute, and monitor key Human Resources processes, ensuring legal compliance, talent development, and a healthy work environment aligned with the company’s values and strategic objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel * Onboarding and follow-up for new employees * Management of employee files, contracts, and incident tracking * Support in pre-payroll processing (hires, terminations, transfers, incidents) * Implementation and monitoring of internal policies and the Internal Work Regulations * Coordination of training programs and compliance with legal obligations (STPS) * Support for workplace climate, internal communication, and endomarketing * Employee assistance and channeling of labor conflicts * Monitoring of occupational safety, hygiene, and applicable NOMs (NOM\-035, NOM\-037, etc.) **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field * Minimum of **2 years** experience as an HR Generalist * Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation * Experience managing mass and administrative recruitment processes * Experience in operational or industrial companies (desirable) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Organizational skills, confidentiality, and results orientation **Key Competencies:** * Effective communication * Planning and organization * Service orientation * Teamwork * Analytical ability * Labor relations management We offer: * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development opportunities * Collaborative work environment Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000\.00 \- $2,500\.00 per week Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
