Main Functions and Responsibilities * · Attract talent for operational positions * · Recruitment and selection of personnel. * · Implement onboarding programs for new personnel. * · Ensure compliance with the Internal Work Regulations. * · Guarantee compliance with the Federal Labor Law and regulations (NOM 035). * · Implement and monitor training programs, organizational development, and performance evaluations. * · Maintain personnel files, contracts, renewals, terminations, etc. * · Organize institutional events. Position Requirements: * · Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * · Minimum 1 year in similar positions. * · Experience recruiting large teams.
