Key Responsibilities: Preparation of preliminary payroll, severance settlements, and liquidations. Personnel administration: onboarding, offboarding, modifications, and incident management. Desirable knowledge: compliance with labor and tax regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT). Employee assistance and support regarding payroll, benefits, and labor relations. Support with contract signing. Management and safeguarding of personnel files. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. Strong communication, organizational, and service-oriented skills.
