




Job Summary: We are seeking an Ecommerce & Community Manager to handle customer service, marketplace sales, and social media management, with support in inventory and reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer service on social media and marketplaces. 2. Assist with product listing and optimization on marketplaces. 3. Collaborate on weekly sales and marketing content reports. Ecommerce & Community Manager Completed bachelor's degree, intern, or incomplete studies in business or administrative fields 2+ years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of marketplace sales (Amazon, Mercado Libre, etc.) Cost vs. price analysis Proficiency in technology Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel (formulas, tools, etc.) Availability to work from Monday to Saturday Main Responsibilities Customer service on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Amazon) Follow-up on quotations, messages, customer inquiries, sales, and shipments Basic inventory and listing updates and control Assistance with product listing and optimization on marketplaces Management of returns and invoicing Basic monitoring of competitor pricing Assistance with weekly sales reports (Excel) Submission of content (videos/photos) to the marketing agency DIRECT HIRING BY CLIENT Gross monthly salary: $10,000.00 + 0.5% commission on closed sales Biweekly payments Statutory benefits. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Cost analysis, Ecommerce, Digital platforms, Pricing, Sales, Online sales, Strategy development
