




Position Summary: Systems Manager responsible for executing, maintaining, operating, and ensuring the proper functioning of IT services, networks, and cybersecurity within a leading company. DESCRIPTION Execute, maintain, operate, and ensure the proper functioning of telephone, Internet, file server, data network, video surveillance, MP9 software, video conferencing, biometric access control services, ticket management, and other services at each site belonging to the Region, as well as comply with and enforce standards and procedures to maintain the aforementioned services. Main Responsibilities: * Administration of **telephone, Internet, and telecommunications** services. * Monitoring and maintenance of **LAN/WAN networks and servers**. * Management of **cybersecurity**: firewalls, antivirus, and data protection. * Technical support to users and **training on helpdesk tools**. * Administration of **computing equipment, printers, videoconferencing systems, and biometric devices**. * Management of **fixed assets, software licenses, and wireless solutions**. * Supervision of **CCTV, access controls, and corporate software**. * Backup of critical information and execution of **IT projects**. Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in technical support, field IT, or helpdesk roles. * **Technical Knowledge:** LAN/WAN/MPLS networks, Windows Server Enterprise, Active Directory, SQL Server, firewalls, telephone switches, MP9 software, computing equipment support, and videoconferencing support. * **Others:** Flexible working hours, highway driving capability, and valid driver’s license.
