You will be part of the operational heart of our network, ensuring everything runs stably and efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Monitor the network in real time using specialized tools. * Provide Level 1 technical support. * Detect, respond to, and diagnose network alarms and incidents. * Manage tickets and track incident reports. * Maintain communication with customers and internal teams. * Prepare operational reports and incident documentation. * Monitor links, equipment, and power/battery systems. * Work with technologies such as Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, and Mimosa.
