Position Objective Lead the **talent management and organizational development strategy**, ensuring the company has the right personnel, efficient organizational structures, and a work environment aligned with the organization’s culture and goals. **Key Responsibilities** Strategic Talent Planning * Ensure the company has the necessary talent to achieve business objectives. * Design organizational structures and team growth plans. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition * Lead processes of **sourcing, selection, and hiring** of new candidates. * Guarantee attraction of talent aligned with organizational culture. Talent Development and Management * Design **career paths, training, and professional development plans**. * Monitor employee performance and growth. * Implement onboarding and mentoring programs for new hires. Compensation and Benefits * Design and oversee competitive compensation schemes. * Ensure financial sustainability of benefits programs. Organizational Climate and Culture * Promote a positive work environment aligned with the company’s values. * Provide emotional support and guidance to employees when needed. Legal Compliance and Labor Administration * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. * Minimize legal risks related to personnel management. Strategic Activities and Cross-Departmental Collaboration Provide strategic advisory support to the **General Management** on human capital matters. Requirements * Minimum of **3 years’ experience in HR Director or leadership roles**. * Experience in **communications, marketing, or advertising companies** (preferred).
