What will you do as an Entry-Level General Physician? * Diagnose symptoms presented by patients. * Ensure friendly and appropriate patient interaction, facilitating smooth medical consultations. * Ensure proper compilation of patients' clinical records. * Responsible for reporting epidemiological cases. * Develop appropriate therapeutic plans and schedule follow-up appointments to ensure proper resolution of medical conditions. * Update cleaning reports, medication expiration dates in the first-aid kit, consultation room access logs, and reactive strip logs. * Respond to code white emergencies within client facilities.
