You will be responsible for ensuring that every unit we manufacture has: * Accurate information * Defined materials * Structured processes before entering production. **What this role is NOT** * It is not an administrative position * It is not direct supervision of operators **Job Objective** To ensure that 100% of production orders are correctly defined in the ERP system, with complete bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and technical documentation—avoiding errors, rework, and floor delays. **Job Objective** * Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of BOMs before release to production (zero material errors) * Structure and validate production orders in the ERP (Odoo) * Define and maintain manufacturing routings and processes * Generate and ensure correct technical documentation (drawings, instructions) * Translate engineering designs into clear production information * Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Production to ensure continuous flow * Identify and correct errors before they impact the assembly floor * Optimize cycle times and product structures **Candidate Profile** * Highly structured and analytical profile * Obsession with technical detail * Logical thinking and problem-solving ability * Ability to work with complex data independently * Execution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement **Technical Requirements** * Industrial, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering degree * Experience in: * Manufacturing ERP systems (Odoo highly preferred) * Bills of Materials (BOM) * Production planning * Inventory control * Technical drawing interpretation * Basic knowledge of 3D CAD (SolidWorks or similar) **We Offer** * Direct employment contract with the company. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development in engineering and planning. * Job stability and bonuses. **Apply directly here:** https://tinyurl.com/ingeniero\-newline **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
