




PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD, BUTCHERY TRADE, AND PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IS MANDATORY. Responsibilities include administration, customer service, organization, planning, achieving sales targets and budgets, control, inventory management, FIFO (First In, First Out), handling of expiration dates, cleaning procedures, food preparation, hygiene, and sanitation.
