Position Summary: A leading Clinical Analysis Laboratory seeks a Commercial Expansion Manager to define commercial and marketing strategies, lead expansion efforts, and manage new projects. Develop and supervise new commercial projects A leading Clinical Analysis and Imaging Studies Laboratory with over 40 years in the market, accredited under NMX-EC-15189-2012. A healthcare/medical sector company located in Hidalgo, with 51–200 employees. Position Required: COMMERCIAL EXPANSION / COMMERCIALIZATION MANAGER Responsibilities: Define short-, medium-, and long-term commercial and marketing strategies for the laboratory. Lead commercial expansion to increase market share. Define Sales Plans per Business Unit aligned with the Company’s strategy regarding sales volume, profitability, market share, number of clients, and service levels. Establish pricing policies to ensure a competitive and profitable offering. Monitor and ensure compliance with Commercial Objectives, Plans, and Programs within established timelines and conditions through rigorous and continuous tracking. Develop, manage, and supervise new commercial projects. Analyze current and potential markets: brands, products, competitors, and particularly customer segments and their service-related needs. Propose and execute corporate negotiation programs, tenders, or sales to government agencies. Organize participation in congresses, fairs, and events from a promotional perspective. Ensure implementation of corporate branding. Compensation: Negotiable based on experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in tenders. Proficiency in computer equipment and standard vehicle operation is mandatory. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
