Important manufacturing company is looking for your talent, join this great family as: **INDUSTRIAL NURSING ASSISTANT** **Objective**: Ensure, safeguard and evaluate workers' health within their work environment in order to prevent and protect against possible health issues arising from their activities within the company, with the purpose of reducing work-related risks. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (certified). * Experience: 1 year in a similar position. * Knowledge of: medical leaves or permits, ST7, ST9, ST3 and ST2\. Basic medical services IMSS health campaigns * Full availability to work. Two 8-hour shifts on rotation **Responsibilities:** * Perform assessment and approval for the use of special PPE due to physical conditions of employees, considering the activities they perform in their job positions. * Assessments for new hires, periodic evaluations, first aid attention. * Control of medications, medical and dressing supplies, inventory management, and audit support. * Initial reporting of work-related medical accidents upon detection of any incident/accident. * Conduct safety walkthroughs in plant, 5-minute safety talks, activations, identification of needs, and PPE distribution. * Investigate injuries resulting from workplace accidents, including completion of ST7, ST9, ST3 and ST2\ forms. **We Offer:** * Salary: 10,000 MXN gross per month * Statutory benefits plus some additional ones * 10% of salary in grocery vouchers (1,000 MXN per month) * 3% savings fund (once permanent status is achieved) * Training, growth and development opportunities within the company
