**Due to growth, Grupo Santa María is seeking a Human Resources Assistant with experience in recruitment.** In this position, you will be a key member of the Human Resources team, collaborating in various tasks that contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and efficient work environment. Your responsibilities will include supporting recruitment and selection processes, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will manage employee data, accompanying them from onboarding through maintaining updated records and handling necessary documentation. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and proper organization of information. You will support the planning and execution of corporate events and team building activities, promoting a collaborative and motivating work environment.
