




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive cook with experience in hot and cold line operations, hygienic food handling, and the ability to work in a team. Key Highlights: 1. Must have **availability for PM shift (departure 11:00–12:00 pm)** We are looking for a cook with enthusiasm and at least 2 years’ experience in hot and cold line operations, basic cuts, base sauces, hygienic handling of food and beverages, and FIFO. Proactive and able to work effectively in a team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Food preparation in cold and hot areas * Production preparation * Adherence to recipes and visual guides * Line setup and breakdown * Cleaning (daily and deep) and maintaining order in the work area * Storage and labeling of food and production according to shelf life * FIFO management * Effective communication Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,400.00 – $11,400.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Application Question(s): * Do you reside in Pachuca, Hgo?
