




Full job description: Minimum experience: 1 year Gender: Indistinct Age: 28 to 42 years old RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop commercial strategies to increase the customer portfolio, boost in-store traffic, and optimize profitability * Achieve sales goals by training, motivating, advising, and providing feedback to the sales staff * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service * Manage the store and guarantee compliance with policies and procedures * Keep the store in exceptional condition and meet visual merchandising standards * Report on purchasing trends, customer needs, benefits, etc. * Propose innovative ideas to improve market share * Conduct employee performance evaluations to assess training needs and develop career paths * Timely resolve any personnel or customer issues that arise (complaints, claims, etc.) * Be an outstanding example of good behavior and high performance * Additional store manager duties as required * Report incidents every two weeks, evaluating the performance of each team member. * Coordinate the receipt of goods at the branch. * Train the store team on sales, receiving merchandise, system usage, warranty handling, etc. * Verify that warranty processes are being carried out effectively * Maintain communication with various administrative departments and report any anomalies to the appropriate area. * Ensure sales to meet biweekly targets.
