WE ARE SEEKING: **BRANCH MANAGER** Requirements: * Age: 30 \- 45 years * Gender: Unrestricted Skills: * Teamwork * Leadership * Passion for sales * Customer service orientation * Proactivity Knowledge: * Experience in construction materials, hardware stores, ironmongery, or related fields * Aspel SAE system (Cumple Pos) * Proficiency in Excel * Workplace equipment * Personnel management Responsibilities: * Coordination and supervision of various branch departments: Administration, Production, Operations, and Marketing. * Financial resource management * Scheduling of deliveries and unit logistics * Customer portfolio control and management * Close collaboration with Commercial Advisors * Coordination with business operations to achieve established targets Position Objectives: * Focus on point-of-sale profitability and profitability * Reduction of staff turnover * Reduction of delivery times * Optimization of operational expenses Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00 hrs * Saturday: 08:00 to 15:00 hrs Salary: $13,000 to $14,000 monthly, depending on qualifications \+ Productivity Bonuses \+ Sales Commission Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Experience: * Personnel administration: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
