Job Summary: Madero Restaurant is seeking a Bakery Apprentice or Assistant with basic experience to produce artisanal bread, clean the work area, and operate machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Madero Restaurant is hiring personnel for its bakery department. The position is Bakery Apprentice or Assistant. Basic experience in bread production is required — maximum of 3 months, MANDATORY. NOTE: Candidates must reside in PACHUCA or MINERAL; applicants from more distant municipalities will not be accepted. Biweekly shift rotations are scheduled from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and from 1 a.m. to 9 a.m. Transportation assistance applies only for the early-morning shift, and only for arrival. You will learn how to make artisanal bread following recipes, clean the work area, and operate machinery. A monthly bonus is provided, along with statutory benefits, meals, training, and career growth opportunities.
