




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional with experience in creating and structuring HR departments, strategic talent planning, recruitment, and selection. Key Highlights: 1. Lead recruitment processes for various levels HR Department Creation and Structuring * Design and implement the **Human Resources department from scratch**. * Define **HR processes, policies, and procedures**. * Create **organizational structure, job descriptions, and organizational charts**. 2\. Strategic Talent Planning * Develop **talent attraction and retention strategies**. * Analyze staffing needs based on business growth. * Generate **HR metrics and indicators** to support decision-making. 3\. Recruitment and Selection * Lead recruitment processes for **operational, administrative, and middle-management staff**. * Develop **sector-specific attraction strategies for the grocery and retail industry**. 4\. Organizational Culture and Development * Implement **workplace climate, training, and development programs**. * Create **employee engagement and retention strategies**. 5\. Personnel Administration * Supervise **hiring processes, personnel files, attendance incidents, and labor compliance**. * Ensure compliance with **current Mexican labor regulations**. 6\.
