Position Summary: Assist in the execution of urban development and basic infrastructure construction works, ensuring compliance with technical instructions and supervision directives. Key Points: 1. Assistance in civil works (excavations, backfilling, leveling). 2. Basic handling of hand tools. 3. Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations on site. **Position Objective:** Support the execution of urban development works by assisting in operational activities related to basic infrastructure construction (streets, sidewalks, drainage, potable water, etc.), ensuring compliance with instructions from technical and supervisory personnel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in civil works such as excavations, backfilling, leveling, and soil compaction. * Loading, unloading, and transportation of materials (sand, gravel, cement, pipes, etc.). * Cleaning and preparation of work areas. * Assisting in water sprinkling using a water tanker for land leveling. * Basic handling of hand tools (shovel, pickaxe, wheelbarrow, etc.). * Assisting in concrete pouring and placement of paving stones or pavement. * Basic signage of the work area for safety. * Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations on site. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed elementary or junior high school. * Experience: Preferred experience in construction or urban development. * Physical condition suitable for heavy labor. * Availability of working hours.
