Responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork At **Hacienda Santa María Regla**, we seek an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to lead and supervise the housekeeping and room service department, ensuring high-quality service to our guests. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise housekeeping staff and room attendants. * Inspect and maintain cleaning standards in guest rooms and common areas. * Coordinate room assignments for cleaning. * Manage and control supplies and inventory for the department. * Inspect rooms prior to guest check-in. * Report damages or maintenance requirements. * Train personnel under supervision.
