Constant communication and proactivity for service follow-up. **"CRA Specialized Service"** **Position:** Automotive Service Advisor "Cars" **Profile:** * Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor. * Knowledge: Automotive suspension systems, spare parts, administrative processes, Microsoft Office suite, cash reconciliation, customer service (mandatory). * Competencies: Teamwork, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, organizational skills, empathy, customer orientation, quality focus, assertive communication, and HIGH SENSE OF URGENCY. * Valid driver's license. * Professional appearance (mandatory). * Experience: Proven experience as an automotive service advisor and in customer service. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Warm and courteous customer service in the service department. * Ensure premium and personalized advisory and service tailored to each customer's individual needs. * Increase sales through timely follow-up on quotations and customer inquiries. * Vehicle reception\-delivery to customers. * Follow-up on vehicles undergoing repair. * Sending budgets to customers. * Tracking vehicle repairs and budgets. * Customer service addressing various service needs. * Constant communication with customers for continuous follow-up. * Achieve customer loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. * Cash reconciliation and document/service order organization. We Offer: Monthly gross salary of $12,000\.00 plus Statutory benefits (social security, vacation, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus). Paid training period. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
