* Technical high school diploma * Minimum 3 years of experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing processes * Mandatory use of measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, tape measure, etc.) * Interpretation of drawings, fits, and tolerances. * Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC lathe, conventional lathes). * Identification of non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions. * In-process inspection. * Identification of risks in metal-mechanical processes.
